1.2 production process
1.2% moisture content
1.2.2 add epoxy resin, diluent, flame retardant and silicon powder to the reactor in the following order
1.2.3 raise the temperature to 100 ℃ and degasify the mixture under - 0.1MPa vacuum for 30min until uniform
1.2.4 cooling to below 50 ℃, adding curing agent, keeping the temperature no more than 50 ℃, degassing vacuum degree - 0.1MPa, mixing time no more than 30min, the pouring process can be started.
2. High voltage and low voltage insulation materials
2.1 formulation
Epoxy resin E-44 100
Diluent dibromophenylglycidyl ether 20
Flame retardant antimony trioxide 10
Active silicon powder 400 mesh 300
Curing agent S101 95
Accelerator DMP-30 1.5
2.2 production process
2.2.1 dry the silicon powder to the moisture content below 0.2%
2.2.2 two components are prepared in the following order
Component A: epoxy resin, accelerator, flame retardant and silica powder 200
Component B curing agent, diluent and silica powder 100
2.2.3 raise the temperature of component A to 80-100 ℃, and degas the mixture at - 0.1MPa vacuum for 30min until uniform
2.2.4 the temperature of component B is raised to 50 ℃, and the mixture is degassed under - 0.1MPa vacuum for 30min
2.2.5 after cooling to below 50 ℃, add component a into component B, keep the temperature no more than 50 ℃, degassing vacuum degree - 0.1MPa, and mixing time 30min, then pouring can be started.
